each of single or paired digital collages consists of around 20 google images, which are the 1st page results of google image search engine. the titles indicate the keywords used for the image search. the results differ depending on the time period and the location of the search. meaning, what people in hong kong prefers to click associating to north korea is diffferent what berliners do. while the same berliners would click different images in, let's say, 10 years.

the flatterned images are taken in their original resolutions, put together in the same 20% transparency, resulting a virtual depth of imageries.
